Landlord REFUSES to deal with the roach infestation. She is not family friendly and will raise the rent simply because she doesn’t like you. She takes your appliances just because she can, forcing you to buy your own stating the appliances were not in the contract when in fact they were. She’s a very bitter old lady who should no longer be associated with rental properties if this is how she wants to treat tenants and their families. The rating of 0 stars isn’t even enough. Do better.
