    I have enjoyed living at 123 King St. during my time in University. The landlord and supporting persons were very easy to deal with and very friendly. I would gladly refer anyone to obtain one of their apartments. The apartment was in mint condition on move-in and any maintenance issues were completed quickly and efficiently. All raved about the apartments, the building, and both Maria and Elizabeth (the landlords). Like any review, I was glad to read good reviews but I took it with a grain of salt. However, I can say that all of the reviews were entirely correct and there really is nothing bad to say about Market View Properties.     are very well decorated and well kept. The location is fantastic with its proximity to bus stops and of course everything downtown is at a walking distance. The other tenants are all very quiet and respectful to each other. The building is very secure and safe. Finally, both landlords, Maria and Elizabeth are fantastic. Both are very friendly and worth getting to know! While it is rare that anything went wrong in the apartment, It was always attended to or fixed within a few days. I can't say enough good things about both of them or the things that they do for the building. I wish the best to whoever is next to live in this great apartment and I can guarantee you will enjoy it as much as I did!
