Jaw dropping apartment
April 1, 2026When I walked in the first time to my apartment my jaw literally dropped it was so beautiful. High ceilings with real exposed bricks were definitely a highlight. Wonderful place to live
April 1, 2026I have enjoyed living at 123 King St. during my time in University. The landlord and supporting persons were very easy to deal with and very friendly. I would gladly refer anyone to obtain one of their apartments. The apartment was in mint condition on move-in and any maintenance issues were completed quickly and efficiently. Absolutely Beautiful
March 30, 2026When I first had a viewing of the apartment, I was given a packet that included some reviews past tenants had left. All raved about the apartments, the building, and both Maria and Elizabeth (the landlords). Like any review, I was glad to read good reviews but I took it with a grain of salt. However, I can say that all of the reviews were entirely correct and there really is nothing bad to say about Market View Properties. The apartments are absolutely beautiful with the exposed brick wall and ...are very well decorated and well kept. The location is fantastic with its proximity to bus stops and of course everything downtown is at a walking distance. The other tenants are all very quiet and respectful to each other. The building is very secure and safe. Finally, both landlords, Maria and Elizabeth are fantastic. Both are very friendly and worth getting to know! While it is rare that anything went wrong in the apartment, It was always attended to or fixed within a few days. I can't say enough good things about both of them or the things that they do for the building. Beautiful, Practical and Diligent
March 30, 2026At its most basic, they have designed apartments that are beautiful and practical. My apartment was almost completely renovated when I moved in, and I was shocked when they asked me for my preferences in terms of the renovations so that, within reason, the apartment could be shaped into a space I would like. This goes far and beyond what one would usually expect in a landlord-tenant relationship. They have put care into the apartment's construction so that things both function properly and are ...esthetically pleasing, and they have been very diligent, responsive and quick when it came to repairs or requests. March 30, 2026They have beeri very conscientious about their selection of tenants, in many ways shaping our apartment complex a little "community". In large part, this community feeling comes from their commitment to the property and its tenants: beyond simply keeping the common areas clean, they would often decorate them for the holidays and seasons, and often dropped off presents on special occasions. The building is in an excellent location downtown, offering beautiful, unique, clean apartments with exposed brick and skylights. Steps away to all amenities.
