Fine building, terrible management

As the other reviewer stated, there are cockroaches everywhere with little done by the building to combat the problem. Packages are left in an unattended mail area with cameras that are not on so they are frequently either outright stolen or torn open. It's a cheap place to live in a great neighborhood but that's it.

Nice place to live, but COCKROACHES

I live on the ground level of this building, and I do love it. It’s a great location and although small studio (under 400 sq ft) it’s relatively reasonably priced as far as DC goes. BUT- I have had countless AWFUL encounters with huge cockroaches. Be warned. Spraying and other treatments have proven ineffective, and I leave no food out etc. Sad to say when my lease is up I’ll have to move which is why I’m here.
