Horrific landlord

The building is falling apart with a landlord refusing to fix anything along with his bad attitude. Either he’s trying to convince you it’s working or that it’s your fault it’s not working. Forget having heat on the winter and ac in the summer. Don’t let the high ceilings fool you. HVAC unit breaking almost every day, fridge leaking, sink leaking, garage gate breaking, when it rains ceiling leaks water. Constantly receiving violations from the city. After 10 years in LA this is the worst property ...

I’ve ever lived at. Moved as soon as my lease was up.
