Rodents and ants
December 30, 2025Property is not cleaned properly there is Pharaoh Ants for 4 years and no end in site because management will not admit there is a problem and wont exterminate all units. There is also rodents. We have caught 6 so far. The building is not sound proof so you can hear tenants in bathrooms and other areas and can hear conversations in other units. Their rent is not fair . You can get new buildings with the same rent. Rain gutters plugged and reported and neglected to fix so rain pours over main ...doors.
