The landlord has yet to fix the sink or the ac in my apartment I’ve texted her many times and called she will not answer the texts but sometimes answers calls but yet to get things fixed. The app to pay rent has been bugging out for weeks I couldn’t pay on time I gave a money order on the 6th and explained what happened on text and she put a eviction notice on my apartment door saying if I didn’t pay 51 dollars in late fees you are evicted and have 7 days to get out. nothing but can put you out for the app she runs is not working and will not care to answer you to get it figured out be careful of these apartments. The landlord just wants your money and that’s it and keep in mind that was my first time being late to but was because of her app and not answering me back on what I could do
