Worst Landlord. Stay away!

The landlord is greedy and would not help with any issues. They will match different people to rent an apartment but would never help to resolve issue if someone not paying.
If laundry machine is bad and you ask them to fix it, their response would be, it’s running and if my handy man would go there again to check you will have to pay us. When whole building would stop wasting their money over laundry machines, don’t be surprised to receive an email asking “if nobody using machines should be ...
move them?”.
During closing they will try their best to not return your deposit even if you paid rent on time without missing and no issues were found. During final walk out they would tell you everything is good but at the time of retuning deposit they would bring up random issues like floor scratches. They would go as far as not returning your pet deposit.
They were lucky I work full time out of city and i didn’t think it worth my time to sue them.
If you still want to rent this place, take enough pictures before renting and send them before hand. Pictures of every weird scratches on the floor and pre-existing dents on refrigerator/stove/windows/wall.
