I have lived here for years only because I cannot afford to move just yet. They DO NOT REPAIR THINGS! They will mark your requests complete having never even looked at the issues. They don't answer phone calls or emails. If you get the chance to talk to someone, they are rude and dismissive. The laundry facilities NEVER have more than two functioning machines and the pool near the front entrance has been closed more over the last 6 years then open. serious cockroach problem. The gate to exit is broken so everyone is forced to exit out of the entrance gate. Yet, they are quick to fine you for any and everything. Not to mention tow vehicles that are backed in. Granted, that is listed in the lease, but you don't always have a chance to get to your visitors quick enough and next thing you know their car is gone. The dumpster is constantly broken and overflowing so there is trash everywhere. Also, the water gets shut off at least three times a week. Save yourself the money and aggravation.
