WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER
March 4, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIf you are looking for a management company that will actually help you and, you know, manage the property/company, do not look for it with these guys. The trash areas are always dirty, as well as the mail area. Saw termites on the inside and had a fly infestation in my apartment. My heater was out and no one came to fix it until a week later. They never answer any calls or texts or emails. They've basically ghosted me. Do yourself the favor and don't even try
Dirty Apartment...Crappy Management
December 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comIf you expect a clean apartment building and timely response by the property manager, don't live here.
WARNING - Do Not Live here!!
December 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis is the worst managed property I've experienced in my 10 years of renting. **TRASH IS EVERYWHERE** - Trash is piled up on top, on the side, and in front...everywhere except INSIDE THE TRASH BIN **PEST & MOLD ON PREMISES** - A few neighbors mentioned that it took at least a month for property management to resolve their issues with mold. The units I've been in (three not including my unit) all have the same floor plan and are poorly ventilated as the windows are located on one side of the ...apartment which doesn't allow any fresh air to flow in apartments. **Roaches and flys** are a common site upon entering the building probably due to the trash that is pilled up in front of the building. **Awful Communication** - Phone calls, text messages, and emails are ignored. Even after contacting the office manager (4 days after initial message), I'm still waiting to receive a response from the current property manager or office Manager.Read More
Terrible Management
March 31, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI've been living in this building long enough to see it manages by two different companies. First Statewide Enterprises, and now 12th Street 19 llc. 12th street 19 llc does not care about its tenants, they only care about collecting rent. The building manager will flat out ignore you, or lie to you. By his own admission he is bad at his job. The Supervisor is the same thing, ignoring or lying to the tenants about when things will get fixed. Avoid this location, and this company.Property Manager Responded

Biggest Mistake of my Life
March 31, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe newly renovated apartments here look OK on the surface, but there is an absolutely nightmare of issues with this place that make it not worth it AT ALL, and they primarily have to do with management and maintenance. Let me count the ways: -upon move-in, there was no line at all set up for cable/internet in the apartment, so make sure you check that if you're renting here, and good luck getting set up quickly. took me a couple weeks to finally have anything set up, and it was me, not the ...landlord/property who had to do it -gas line was not set up upon move in -heater was broken at move-in and it took over a month to replace. -found roaches in the apartment in less then two months living here, and i keep my place pretty darn clean -the simplest maintenance requests take weeks to respond to. there is absolutely no sense of urgency. the manager will straight up lie to you about getting things done or addressing your requests and you'll have to ask again and again -soundproofing is horrible. you can hear everything extremely loudly from the hallways, apartments above you, etc. -construction is constantly going on, which would be OK, except tenants are not updated as to when, how long, and what is being worked on. typically they'll start before 8 in the morning, every single day of the week, including weekends, so if you're looking for any sort of peace and quiet during the day, good luck. all these things are well-documented on my end. it's sad, because i think the newly remodeled apartments have a cool look to them with the exposed brick and new appliances, but please, for your own sanity, health, and well being, stay away. it is not worth it. please -- if i can save anyone else from this decision, i will. i consider signing a lease here the biggest mistake of my adult life so far.Read More
