An honest review
November 14, 2022I have lived here for 3 months. I don't know why people say it is so quiet. It is because no one makes noise. I can hear what my neighbors are doing from 2 rooms over and if I make noise I have people bang on my wall. Also, 1305 does the following for utilities: Utilities are billed using an allotted system which is based on building usage. Water and sewer are calculated using method 8, based on square footage and number of occupants. The electric is calculated using method 7, based on square ...footage of the unit. I paid over $300 due to this the past month because it seems like utilities are shared It is a great view and a solid location. But, having no privacy makes this place almost worthless.
