I cannot wait for my lease to be up. This apartment needs so much work done to it from fixing the AC, repairing tiles, roach-infected, funny smells (possibly mold), cracks in the door so bugs/flies easily come in, and paper thin walls. You would think that some of these issues would be resolved and at the very least, acknowledged. I’ve called many many times and now I don’t even get a response. They keep saying they have to wait or reschedule. It’s a JOKE!!!! This is the worst experience ever. ...
And the neighborhood is ran down and you always see trash lying on the streets like New York.
Also, there is NO washer and dryer ANYWHERE on property so this was false advertised. I have pictures to prove my complaints too!! If I find another apartment in my price range I am breaking this lease.
Another thing, they tell you very last minute if they need to enter your apartment and they are NEVER on time for anything.
There is only ONE positive thing I can say about this apartment and it’s the space. For a one bedroom it is quite spacious. If you have a small child you can turn the den into a small bedroom. (But it just smells really bad inside).
