The space feels comfortable, modern, and a good fit for what I need right now. It’s in a convenient location, which makes daily life easier, and the layout makes it feel open and welcoming. September 19, 2025So far it’s been fine and a safe place which I like. The room was clean enough when I moved in here though the drain in the tub was really smelly and dirty. The apartment on the other hand was very dirty. From the fridges the countertops to the microwave it was just nasty and still is. September 12, 2025It’s been good, there are definitely some problems like any apartment but compared to other apartments in the area I would definitely recommend 14Sixtyfive. A couple of the problems I've experienced. . . -The pool has turned green a couple times. -If you have pool view you have to keep in mind that you can hear EVERYTHING that's happening in the pool area so when people decide to have a midnight party you may be stuck having to listen to everything. -I've lived in two units and I would not ...recommend the top floor, groceries are the worst and you have to pay an additional fee to walk up two flights of stairs. -I understand that there is only one maintenance man but maintenance can take a long time, I wish the building would hire a second and or third person to help. -There are not nearly as many events as I thought here would be. I may have just moved in at a weird time (mid-lease). I'm just glad to my knowledge there's not any mold and any bugs, I haven't seen roachesProperty Manager Responded
