Not the worst
August 25, 2020Cons: Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the neighbors! If you like quiet - this is not the place for you. No on-site management either, so good luck getting the late night parties to quiet down. Building is under new management from IMT Residential who charge for water/sewer/trash each month and have everyone cover liability insurance on their unit (which only covers the building not your belongings). Poor water pressure. There is central a/c but there's also a large gap under ...the front door, so you're cooling the outside. Pros: The new management company IMT is remodeling each unit as someone moves out - so you'll get newer paint/carpet/appliances (but I'm sure they're charging a premium for this). Maintenance staff is nice and responsive. I liked having an online portal to put in maintenance requests and pay rent.Property Manager Responded
