No notice to take away laundry. Roaches

Generally quiet area and pleasant place to live BUT: -American roaches are routinely in the hallways -Management just took away all the laundry machines without any notice, saying it'll be a month before we get new ones. - the AC in my apt is terrible and I assume the heat will be too (very old electric wall unit).

If you don’t mind an elevator being out of order for two months, or appliances being broken for weeks, then this is the place for you. I’m addition to the very noisy neighborhood, there’s also construction on the street constantly. Do not recommend for those with cars that need parking. Our mail also never actually ends up in our mailboxes, instead it’s out in the lobby for everyone to see and take. At this verb moment, I can hear the elevator beeping non stop for seemingly no reason! Oh, and one ...
time, the building was on fire and the smoke alarms didn’t go off. There were multiple fire trucks here and other tenets had no way of knowing that their halls had filled with smoke because a third floor unit was aflame. I’m not convinced the fire alarms even work.
