One star is a compliment
March 18, 2018I currently reside here and it is terribly maintained by this so called "landlord" of mine that thinks using my rights as a tenant and not paying the monthy rent because of a roach infestation, clogged shower and sink, plastic living room windows, and no heating is "taking advantage of my kindness." Dont think about renting anything from Vicky, because its all just a quick cash grab for her. The "Call me, and ill fix any of your problems" promise was broken week 2 after 1 of the 2 bathrooms was ...broken and repaired several months later. I cannot believe how oblivious the landlord is to our living conditions, and how cautious we have to be when making each meal in our own house because we live paycheck to paycheck. I guess ill give her points for us not knowing our rights as a tenant 11 months to a year in paying rent because shes breaking the law and has been for an absurd amount of time. DONT EVER RENT FROM VICKY! Were getting evicted now that we stopped paying rent for 5 months and we cant afford a lawyer to counteract all of this.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
