July 11, 2020This place seems good at first. But the place is falling apart. The property manager doesn’t care for residents. They are cheap when it comes to fixing anything in your apartment. Cars have got broken in to many times and they don’t do anything to stop it. Some residents are rude very rude and when you complain to the property manager he doesn’t do anything about it. It’s just has been the worst place to live. People are leaving this place like flies. They don’t take anything serious.Review from Apartments.com

August 21, 2015We have lived here for 4 years and love it. We are close to schools and shopping. We love that it is a small community and the residents are wonderful. The manager is the best. Quiet living
August 14, 2015Kimberly Arms is a luxury apartment complex with gated entry. From there you can drive or bike to downtown Fullerton in 5 minutes. The maintenance is excellent and the manager is really great. There is a nice pool and outside lounge area for residents that is very well kept. The management is always improving and upgrading the grounds and recently installed all new washers and dryers. The neighbors are polite and friendly. It is a safe and comfortable living arrangement that I enjoy greatly.Review from Apartments.com
