HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE
November 9, 2021This place is so poorly managed and the units have mice and roaches. There is no common areas outside of the property as there is barely enough space to park your car. The windows are old and drafty and the building has lots of drug dealers and noisy neighbors. I wouldn't live here if you paid me to. It was the worst experience of my life! Run for the hills and safe yourself a lot of grief!!! I wish someone had given me this review before I got locked into a years lease. September 18, 2015This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables.
