the apt we live in is ok, been here since 1997, just a year ago we got a brand new dishwasher the owner supposed to buy and install, the lighting on the ceilings are really old and have build up on them...old cabinets that makes screaching sounds, never changed them, i cant touch anything because our owner says he will fix it but its taken him over 8 years just to fix the dishwasher and give a newer ac...our bathroom has gaps that let spiders and roaches come in...our spiral staircase is a ...
beautiful addition to out home but it had been falling apart over the years and he hasnt tried to fix it...carpet wasnt put on right, did i mention roaches!he just fixed our heater ventilation but its 100 degrees outside...the rent never fails to come but when we want him to fix something, he doesnt cone around for a couple months, we dont make too much money but enough to take care of my mom here at this apt...our owner had a fumigation company come to our apt and fumigate but whne we came back, friends of the guys that wer fumigating came into our apt and stole our money and information, we didnt say anthing because our owner would of blamed someone else...thank u for reading i just hope something changes...
