It’s alright
September 5, 2024This place was okay but the tenants there treat it like a frat house. Throwing get togethers and parties on Sunday, Monday and even Tuesday nights. The manager was okay but she was the one throwing the parties with little consideration for the tenants. Police/sheriffs deputy would show up at random for other incidents that occurred with other tenants but overall the utilities were included in the rent so it wasn’t so bad.Review from Apartments.com
Bed bug infestation still ongoing in 2021
March 31, 2021We have been treated for bed bugs already four times in six months and we just found new bed bugs one month after the latest treatment. Management refuses to compensate us for our time. Only for laundry bills! The apartment across from us was treated 12 times before the tenant moved out and someone new moved in who likely wasn't warned about the infestation.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2018***BE WAREND*** this place is infested with bedbugs and manager Sergio DO NOT COOPERATE" The Issue has more than 3 years especially on the apartment 11,12,14,15,43,44 and on the ones in the upper level. people leave because of this matter and then they rent this unit to new people without letting them know about the infestation.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches abound
April 17, 2016Be warned, some apartments in this complex are infested with roaches. We tried to eradicate them multiple times (spending over $100 of our own money, in addition to having the Property Manager bring in teams to spray on multiple occasions) but the roaches kept coming, leading us to believe it must be a systemic issue within the building itself.Review from Apartments.com
