Avoid This Apartment – Management Doesn’t Care About Noise Issues
May 8, 2025If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. One of the biggest problems here is the persistent noise disturbances—particularly loud, disruptive moaning that happens frequently and at all hours. It’s extremely uncomfortable and impossible to ignore, especially when you’re just trying to relax or get a good night’s sleep. What makes it worse is that the property manager and management company are completely unhelpful. Despite multiple complaints and ...clear documentation of the issue, they’ve done nothing to address it. It feels like they simply don’t care about the quality of life of their tenants. For the price you pay to live here, you’d expect management to at least try to maintain a livable environment. Sadly, that’s not the case. Excellent home
July 23, 2016Its a lovely apartment. When I lived there for 6 months, they moved us in right away. Beautiful, lots of greenery and trees. It is always well maintained and groomed. Once you walk in, you're in a different world. This location is central to everything. It takes about 20 min max to get anywhere you need to go. This building/location has everything you will need and are looking for at a decent price. Another upside is friendly neighbors. I would recommend anyone to this location.Review from Apartments.com
A Huge Mistake
August 21, 2015From the roaches to the water pipes to HPK management (look them up on Yelp!)you will regret moving here. The building is month to month and the manager is a whacko that goes into people's apartments while they're away at work. They bug bombed my apartment once to get rid of the roaches and the manager Richard said it was a one time deal, if any roaches came back it was up to me, he is surly and i've seen him actively streaming at tennants and even children. HPK Management has completely ignored ...the situation of the water pipes. It smells when the water comes out of your faucet in the kitchen and bathroom. There are termites. The condition of the apartments are horrid with mold in the bathroom. There is a reason they are priced how they are. If you move here i'm sorry.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
