The last week of June the apartment complex tore down half of the parking sports and an extra gravel lot that was not gated. Street parking is a nightmare. The management keeps making empty promises.

There is nothing worse to a tenant than to arrive at his apartment late at night to find that there is no parking in the immediate vicinity and that he has to park his car on the street, two blocks from his house.

As advertised on the websites, Plantation apartment offers one assigned parking for each renter. UNFORTUNATELY THERES NONE!
Management only cares on their tenants rent, once you sign a lease contract, an assigned parking is just a promise. They can’t offer each one an assigned or designated parking!!
It’s been a problem for years & they kept saying the parking problem will be solved in 3 months but I lived here for 2 years & I DONT HAVE A PARKING SPACE! I always worry where to park! And every ...
time I asked them, they say the same thing. Be patient & the next lot will soon to be the new parking structure for us tenants. But it’s been 2 months, they can’t provide us legal parking space. We can’t park at the street everyday! Why can’t they give us what we paid for? I know by law, Every apartment comes with an assigned parking. Help your renters, solve this problem!

She thoroughly answered all of our questions and assisted us with the leasing process. We are so grateful for her and so excited to live at the complex! It is very quiet and the landlords Richard and Ophelia are both helpful and friendly. My apartment has nice granite counters and a air conditioner. So far, I am happy with the decision I made to live in plantation apartments.
