Poor Management
June 12, 2021There’s new property management and they are entirely unresponsive and unhelpful unless they’re reaching out to you to ask for money that isn’t due because they never reviewed your contract. Excessively loud music has been coming from the gym for weeks with no action. Neighbors are iffy at best. There’s been two fires before 8am twice since I moved in last October. There was also an incident where a stranger kept knocking on my apartment door and lingering about. It was not dealt with for an ...hour. Building is not recommended.Property Manager Responded

We have since changed property management companies, we are now partnered with LBPM.
