Me and my family has lived here for years now! The management is terrible and they don’t care about anything except the money! We have had mold in one of our apartments moved from that unit and into the one we are at now and the air conditioner has went out three times already and they refuse to fix it! I have a one year old and im currently pregnant we are under a heat warning my husband called and we were told it’s not an emergency that our air conditioner is not working! Really!!! I've lived here since October of last year and I'm loving it so far. The apartments backs up to an amazing outdoor plaza with plenty of nice stores, restaurants, and grocery stores to choose from all within walking distance. Such a fun and lively place. Im also enjoying the pool and amenities here. I have a dog so the doggy wash station is a big plus. I hear they are getting a new dog park. Lastly, the staff has been amazing and more than accommodating when I've needed anything.

I just moved to the area and needed a space that was central to everything. I like that the apartment is near all the shopping I need and entertainment. Management has been super helpful in getting me settled in without any issues and pool days have been nice!

Have had several additional issues with the apartment listed that at the bottom. Biggest problem is recent and is forcing us to move out. Downstairs neighbor smokes weed constantly, which is his right to do so, but it is causing my pregnant wife to puke and concerning me for her safety and the safety of my child. Multiple other people that I know that used to live here had the same issue with downstairs neighbor smoking weed. Tried to talk to a leasing agent about a solution so I can get my wife ...
somewhere healthier, but they were unyielding.
Apartment was dirty upon arrival and they replaced the flooring *after* we moved in which was a hassle and spread wood dust all over our stuff.
Maintenance guys are nice but not prompt. They also told me they completed something I asked for when they in fact did not.
Trash compactors are always overflowing which is very frustrating when I am trying to throw something away. Also very unsightly.
Gates are always broken which I am sure contributed to my neighbor having his car broken into.
Package reception area is difficult to navigate and has been broken for days on end causing my package to be locked in a locker that I cannot open.
Hopefully there are better options in the area but I would not recommend someone live here.

Exceptional Management at 150 Summit

I’m not exaggerating when I say that not only are the apartments nice and the pools very clean and well-maintained, but the management is also efficient, polite, and helpful. We have lived in at least three different places, and by far, this has been an amazing experience. The only minor issue is that Valley Trash does not match the high standard of the management, but I understand they are a separate company. We recommend 150 Summit 100%.

Worst Choice in Recent Memory Moving Here.

This place has been cursed since we moved in. They only give you keys to move during a designated time *for us it was 2PM-4PM on a Saturday to get keys*. We go pick up our keys and the apartment isn't even ready. We're watching people patch the ceiling as we're waiting to move our furniture in. First night, the AC unit craps out so we're stuck trying to sleep with an 85 degree apartment. Fair play, it was fixed the next day. It took us a week to get a working mail key because the only person that ...
made keys *3 minute job tops, I've done it* was out. So a week of not being able to get our mail. A month later, the prep team upstairs making all kinds of noise for a week solid, knocks the toilet pipe and floods our unit downstairs. May God help you if you get a unit with upstairs neighbors or work nights and have to sleep during the day. I'm pretty sure the roof is made of paper. If your neighbors upstairs weigh anything more than 20 pounds you will hear everything they do. It will rattle your dishes. Every toilet flush, every walk across the floor, and every door slam. Office Personnel are useless, be prepared for being looked at like you have 3 eyeballs when you walk in the office. They're happy to show you a unit and take your money at Rent time but that's about it. $15 a month for Pest Control that doesn't come. We definitely will not be renewing. We can't wait for our lease to be up, I'll happily pay more for peace and quiet. It's to the point now where we can't even look forward to coming home. I wouldn't stay here another year even if it was free. I would not recommend this place in good faith to anyone.

I have had issues with 150 Summit since move-in. Right before my move-in date, I was told my unit was no longer available, and I was being moved to a different unit. I had already had my mailing address changed, power and water setup, as well as internet, but management provided no compensation for these inconveniences. The unit I moved into was not fully turned over and had electrical outlets hanging out of the walls, dirty floors, and a faulty washing machine hook up that caused the entrance to ...
the unit to flood on Day 1. While they fixed the washing machine emergency quickly, I have not experienced good maintenance service since. I’m going on two months without a working microwave, an off and on electrical issue, and a door that cannot be closed due to water damage. Despite constant and respectful interactions with management and staff, these aforementioned problems have been cast aside and condensed into one large work order for almost 2 months. Poor communication and service skills from management will continue to cause myself and many others issues.
