landlord is cheap! he doesn't fix anything you ask only what he thinks needs to be fixed, asked for a new thermostat he gave me an old model but claimed it was new because it was in the box and it still didn't work now that was in December last year has he come back to fix it ? no, the one worker he has working for him on all his property doesn't speak English well and every time he comes to do a job he leaves a mess, the parking is horrible we pay the most rent and have one spot while the ...
garage is filled with gardening tools of a person who doesn't even live here , I've been here 7 years and the paint job is still the same old and chipped ,he was supposed to come fix our window but recommended us to get a new window and he would be by that week to start lol that was 6 months ago , and he only installs new windows when new people move in its 2015 and its on a busy street we all should have sound proof windows and too many complaining neighbors its an apartment not a house you're going to hear a little bit of everything ! last but not least don't move to this building people come and go because he's a horrible landlord my time is next!
