Great area, awful management
August 26, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe property itself is decent. A single washer and dryer for whole unit. An undersized water heater is used for multiple units so that means running out of hot water is a daily occurrence. The landlord raises the rent within every legal loophole allowable. So in spite of being "rent controlled" be prepared for your rent to go up 3 percent every year in addition to the extra amount added that the city allows landlords for seismic retrofitting. The good, their maintenance workers are all very ...nice and do good work. The bad, their property manager is non-existent.Read More
