Avoid these units, they are old. It is not worth the price. Broken cement/holes in the exterior of apartments. Management is slow for repairs.

Beware USC Students/renters

Do not be fooled by the "renovations" inside the units. Although they may seem to be new and renovated; this is an old building that gets extremely hot in the summers and chilling cold during the winters. There wasn't/isn't any security or locks on the front gates which means that anyone can just come into the apartment buildings. So if safety is an issue for you this is something to think about. It is difficult to get a hold/contact with management. Even then management is slow at repairs.

This is a very old building and while it may look like the interior has been upgraded, pay close attention. In my unit there was no outlet in the bathroom. In the summer it gets deathly hot inside and there is no AC. I used a thermometer that tracked the highest temperature of the day and it regularly got to 110 inside the apartment. There was also a mouse problem while I was there and management was very slow to address it.
