I've had a great experience at 1589! Our townhouse is neat, practical, and very modern! I haven't had any negative experiences since my roommate and I moved in. The office staff has been helpful, and any work order requests were addressed very quickly. We love our garage and the space we can get at the price offered.

This community has excellent property management! Work orders and other inquiries are addressed and completed in a timely manner. The attached garage, updated kitchen appliances and balcony add a special touch to our unit. The property management shows initiative and effort to make 1589 Residences more than a the complex by building community with seasonal events, contests and goodies. We renewed our lease without hesitation!

So this is my personal review! I've never heard of 1589 but we just moved in & we enjoy the area. I've never lived in a town house the floor plan we have is awesome 2 car garage, office area, big spacious living room, & even has a wine cooler ikr. I won't spoil your walk through too much but there are different floor plans.
Hands down great location Publix across the street right next to a car wash, Walmart & Starbucks withen a couple of miles, & a few food spots that are worth a try.

problem i have is we have small kids & i wish there was something outside they could do as far as a playground ect. I usually don't leave reviews but 1589 knows why im leaving this one lol.

My family and I moved to this residence because we needed more space adding a little one to our family. We have been here for about 4 months and we are loving everything about this place. The space is super comfortable and feels like home. The neighborhood is peaceful and enjoyable. If you are needing to move in the Huntsville area, definitely check out 1589!
