Garbage heating
March 22, 2023Instead of fixing the unbearable heat, the landlord would rather add pointless lockers made by a niche startup. The heat doesn't work when it's -10 and only works when you barely need it.Property Manager Responded

We were actively working to resolve this problem at the building level when you submitted your complaint. Around the time of your March 2023 reviews, we were in the process of completing a full replacement of the building's main boiler. This major infrastructure project was undertaken specifically to address the reliability issues you and other residents experienced. The inadequate heat during extreme cold were symptoms of a failing boiler system that we recognized needed to be replaced entirely, not just repaired. This substantial investment was made to ensure long-term reliability and proper heat distribution for all future heating seasons. WJ Properties is committed to maintaining high standards for our properties, which includes both essential infrastructure upgrades like the boiler replacement and responding promptly to maintenance needs in individual units and common areas.
