September 24, 2015The area itself is nice. It's a nice walk from a Starbucks, a new Chipotle, Wingstop, and the San Fernando Mall. The reason we liked it was because of the location. But the apartment itself could be a lot better. There are kids, everywhere! They are constantly outside yelling, running, cussing, at all ages. They ride their bikes with no consideration of traffic coming into the parking structure. Always have to be on alert for these kids. There are apartments that have two bedrooms and 1 bath and ...studios with 1 bath. They either have tile or wood flooring, nice white cabinets, but they do need some work. Be prepared for a roach infestation. When we moved in we first noticed and armed ourselves with poison, traps and sprays. The first few months we kept them at bay, but once summer came they were unstoppable. Doesn't matter how well you clean, you will have dirty neighbors that pretty much feed these pests.
