shower head and would take the mesh out of my faucets to clear them. I continue doing this until about December 15th my shower won’t send any water out and I’m tired of having to manually clear my sinks to be able to use them. I contact maintenance. They fix my sinks but not my shower on December 17th. They say they need to order a shower head. December 31st I ask them to come again as the shower STILL isn’t working. January 3rd someone stops by and they don’t fix my shower, but they clear my sinks again. No update on why they didn’t fix my shower. January 17th I reach out to maintenance again to ask when someone will come and fix my shower. No response until January 23rd when they finally come and fix it. During this time I was in contact with property management and very few updates on what and why came from them. I was also without a working heater during this time. I went a month without a working shower and they were u willing to credit me on my rent because ‘They manage 600+ properties and sometimes maintenance requests take time.’ Also during this time the gate to our parking hasn’t been working correctly. Most of the time the gate stays open and doesn’t close after someone drives through. Not a huge problem though it compromises safety as the side door is always left open as we don’t have keys to unlock that door. March 1st I was driving through the gate that was said to have been fixed. While I’m part way through the gate comes down on top of my car and damages my rooftop. I immediately send videos of the damages and the situation to the management company. They don’t have a live on property manager or anything (even though they have over 16 units and legally should have one) so I had nobody to corroborate my story. Now they are saying since I don’t have video of the gate damaging my car they won’t help with repairs. The gate hasn’t been working for months and fell on the top of my car.
