No Follow Through

In general the apartment is decent. The problem is staff consitantly does not follow through. Maintenance rarely comes the first time you call. When you call a 2nd time they say a service order was never put in. If you have a question for managemt staff says you will be called, but you have to call back to get a response. Most notices (car needs to be moved, apartment inspection, power washing, etc) is typically given with less than 24 hour notice. The complex also has no guest parking and will ...
