Have to agree with worst building . Worst management
April 21, 2022When I moved In there was no walk through. Apartment was dirty and dirty rags in the drawers. Property manager is the worst. Never responds and forget it if you have a dispute. She’s willing to ignore you until you move out. Save yourself the drama. So many great buildings in Stamford. Also, save the generic response about “talking” this out. I already tried that and still waiting for a response from my 5 emails and multiple voicemails.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
August 10, 2015Beautiful two bedroom two bath, heat and how water included. It is a pet friendly building with a beautiful roof lounge, two gyms right in downtown of Stamford. Since it's a brick concrete building it is very quiet. The 24h security provides a safety for the tenants. Downside is that the parking is not free, it is an additional 125$ a month.Property Manager Responded
