January 28, 2026The apartments themselves are acceptable, but the building is poorly and incompetently managed, which severely impacts the overall living experience. The property is consistently noisy, with frequent disturbances (school) that make it difficult to enjoy even basic comfort. This alone is already incompatible with the high rent charged for a building in a prime area. In addition, there is a long-standing and recurring problem with package theft in the lobby. These thefts have been happening for a ...long time, yet management has done absolutely nothing to address the issue or provide even minimal security. There are no adequate cameras, monitoring systems, or preventive measures in place. Given the frequency of these incidents, it is reasonable to assume that they may involve someone with regular access to the building, which makes the lack of oversight even more alarming. For a property located in a desirable area with elevated rental prices, the complete lack of basic security and effective management is unacceptable. Rent here if you love noise
February 29, 2024I have been living here for quite a while and I am counting down the days until I can get out of here. The units themselves look nice and are very modern, and the building itself is typically quite clean. However, the negatives far outweigh the positives. The elementary school across the street is always outside with nonstop screaming, quite literally from the hours of 8am-6pm, you cannot go anywhere in your apartment without hearing screeching. The neighbors aren’t any better, both in the ...complex and next door. There are always renovations happening INSIDE the complex, so be ready to add nonstop construction noises onto the list of distractions! Oh, do you want hot water? That’s gonna get shut off AT LEAST once or twice a month for maintenance. Do you want to cook anything on the stove top? Be ready for your fire alarm to go off because whoever designed the layout decided that the kitchen didn’t need any air flow so that smoke goes straight to the living room! My fire alarm has gone off before because I made 2 eggs on the skillet. The door code doesn’t work half of the time - it’s not uncommon to have to put it in 3 times in a row just to get in. Even the landlord’s notifications have had typos. If you’re going to be paying this much for an apartment, you’d be better off looking quite literally anywhere else.Property Manager Responded
March 6, 2024Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry that your experience has been frustrating. We have recently completed life-safety updates that required extensive construction in common areas. That did cause a great deal of disruption and noise. The remaining construction project is a remodel of the pool/office area and that is slated for completion soon. Hopefully the noise from construction dissipates soon and this should lessen the need for the water shut offs. The school has been there for decades, and they do make use of their playground. We typically address noise complaints directly with residents when they do arise and we strive for a peaceful community in all of our buildings. Again, apologies that construction caused quite a bit of noise.

Not recommended
October 17, 2021Since new management took over in March, there have been improvements to the aesthetics, but the structure has the same issues. You can hear your neighbors on their phones, many smokers (though it’s a “smoke free community”) and the property manager lives off-site and is non-responsive. For the new prices, I’d definitely look elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com
