Laughable “luxury”

Brand new townhouse, already falling apart. Nails are showing throw the drywall throughout the house. There are several large cracks in the corners that blow cold air. Heating in the winter hit 700$ for the month of January. The floors are not flat upstairs and a ball will roll right across the room! We were told the was a feature of the floating floors. Floor boards cut too short so there’s gaps where it meets the wall. One bedroom barely gets over 60 degrees in the winter! Parking is an ...
absolute nightmare. There are not enough spots for the number of tenents, so people park wherever they want often blocking fire lanes. The amenities are a joke! A treadmill, rowing machine and one barbell for the entire community. Don’t forget the amenity everybody wants a pool….. table. Never seen anyone use it.
