Bad management

The management here is incompetent. They are slow to do repairs. They come in to your unit sometimes without letting you know before hand. They try to enforce rules on the tenants that were never stated or agreed to. It seems like they're just doing the bare minimum to keep their tenants from leaving, like they only care about the money they make and not about the people who live in their building.
