Very happy with our apartment at Seagate
March 12, 2026We have lived in our apartment here at Seagate for just about a year now and we couldn't be happier. The apartment units are beautiful and very comfortable. What I really like about it here is how peaceful and relaxing the place is. No problems with loud neighbors or disturbances of any kind. Perfect for someone who works at home or just wants a nice relaxing living environment. Great heating and A/C but I'm surprised how little we have had to use the A/C here as the building is well ...insulated. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The building staff here are excellent. I've had positive experiences with each staff member I've encountered here and should also point out what a helpful, professional and friendly community manager we have here. Charlene in sales was incredibly helpful during the leasing process—professional and responsive. Simona has been outstanding as our property manager, always quick to address any concerns and making sure residents feel heard and valued. The management team here really cares, and it shows.
