Please help me get out of this nightmare apartment, I desperately need your help.

It's not a desirable apartment or neighborhood but it is all I have. It's not considered a home, it as just roof over my head. My apartment complex does not provide heat or A/C, so I've had to resort to fans and mobile heaters. I had to use my oven to heat my apartment for a period of time before purchasing a mobile heater. I have light switches that do not work, my front door is cracked and is not very secure when locked. There are times when my gas get's knocked off when someone accidentally ...

bumps into the gas meters. The landlord has to reset the meters and I have to relight my own pilot on my stove, which is extremely dangerous. Please help me, I really want to move desperately but, financially I can't afford to. I'm eager to start my life in a new apartment in a new state, I really need your help.
