The washer is still dirty and unsanitary, with heavy residue inside the drum that clearly requires a full disassembly and deep cleaning. They only performed minimal work without resolving the problem. This issue has been ongoing for over a month, and nothing has been fixed. Within minutes the maintenance man knock on the door. It took him less then ten minutes to resolve the issue.
