Responsive Maintenance Team I accidentally got locked out of my bedroom and reported this to the leasing office staff. In less than 24hrs maintenance showed up to my door and successfully & professionally unlocked the bedroom door that I attempted to open multiple times to no avail. This is just another small reason & example of why I'm still a tenant of 17 Barkley eight years later. The staff here is top tier across the board! Keep up the outstanding work team ??

Facilities not being fixed There are several of the community things that have not been fixed. The Fairbanks garage entrance has not been working consistently since moving in November 2025. The gym has not had wifi for many months meaning the peloton machines and TVs you advertise are useless. The cable machine has been broken for months. These things should be simple fixes, yet it has been several months with nothing.

Washing machine issue The maintenance team did not properly address the issue. The washer is still dirty and unsanitary, with heavy residue inside the drum that clearly requires a full disassembly and deep cleaning. They only performed minimal work without resolving the problem. This issue has been ongoing for over a month, and nothing has been fixed. Because of the extremely poor and unprofessional service, I will be reporting this to Neighborhood Services (landlord complaint) for further ...

No hot water I’ walk over to the leasing office explain my situation (no hot water). By time I walk back to my apartment. Within minutes the maintenance man knock on the door. It took him less then ten minutes to resolve the issue. The maintenance man did explain to me (pilot was out, ) I had to wait about an hour so the tank can boil the water. I have hot water & I’m happy & satisfied

I was having issues with the drain in the tub. I reached out to Yohana, and she put in a request. Less than an hour later, a maintenance person was knocking at the door to resolve the issue, and he was very polite. Job well done!

Rough Area to Live The management runs a tight ship and we appreciated that.the issue for us our concern was outdoor safety around the building. There were several times when we were walking the dog strangers approached us and act d weirdly.
