February 26, 2026Cleanliness and safetyness The building needs quite a bit of work done and cleaning. There’s an entrance where the door has been broken into and it hasn’t been fixed properly. Elevators are dirty. In that same entrance where it was broken into, there’s like either termites or something on the corner of the wall it’s chipped away at. Nice building but needs a lot of upkeep and idk if there’s security going around either.Review from Apartments.com

December 10, 2020This has been the worse place I have ever lived! Zero security, my TAHOE WAS STOLEN FROM THE GARAGE after all the car break ins. They complex Air BNB the place out so random people have access to property and parking garage. Which has ZERO security cameras or officers. Litter always in the garage. December 7, 2020Do not move here. The worse apartments in America. They break in your cars, and it gets brushed off. My vehicles were broke into 3x within a month. They do not want you to use the handicap parking although you have a handicap parking tag. Maintenance dont complete your service request but emails you that its completed. Neighbors put trash in front your door, and management claims the cameras dont work to see which neighbor it was. Air bnb rents out units at the complex and they are very loud to ...where you can not sleep. There is no security. The key fobs doesnt work, anyone can just walk in and use the elevators. The elevator by the office takes at least 5 minutes to come. The people who picks up your trash is very inconsistent. Ive lived in multiple downtown high rises and this is by far the worst. The leasing agent was very helpful in the moving process. Overall, the apartment offers great amenities and parking is never an issue. October 15, 2020This is a horrible place to live. Noise, trash, lack of communication from office staff when you have questions. Constant road construction, leaving work unfinished preventing me from being able to sleep at night. The property is Air BNB rented out, no parking on weekends. Random people coming onto property constantly asking questions and needing help in and out of building and parking.
