  • there is no soundproofing

    I do not recommend this place for the following reasons: First, there is no soundproofing between the walls. If you value peace and quiet in your home, this is definitely not the right place for you. It's 10 PM here now and neighbor next door playing loud music. Despite multiple complaints to the property management, no action was taken — the neighbor continues to make noise, and there seem to be no restrictions or enforcement in place. Second, the maintenance service is extremely poor. I ...
    reported that my dishwasher wasn’t working over a week ago and still haven’t received any updates or a call back. I even reached out to Martina for help, but nothing has been done. Overall, there’s no proper follow-up or accountability, and the management does not seem to care about tenants’ concerns. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

    Parking garage does not belong to the apartment building. Also, space is limited and management cannot do anything if the garage runs out parking spaces. 1-star for parking feature.
