It's great but like all has its down sides
August 31, 2015Moving from downtown fourth street from a studio I was excited to have a one bedroom. Finally away from downtown but not a long commute back! It being next to the freeway did scare me. However the soundproof wall next to the freeway does work. I feel I am in a safe neighborhood and like my neighbors. I don't have a car(my boyfriend does) and I must admit if I had one Peking would be frustrating. You get one spot per unit and the rest is street parking, which can be limited. The apartments ...themselves are spacious and you have the option to have hardwood floor for a little extra rent. The landlord Vincent is a sweetheart and always tries his best to make sure your happy and things are fair. I did have some trouble with my shower handle when I first moved in, but a text to my landlord cleared it up right away. Vincent also had other locations he had showed my boyfriend and I but out of all 3 available I believe this was the best choice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
