my advice do not come rent her , the owner he dont care about this tenant , he sent just his assistance to collect the rent . he bring a bad people , he dont care about the nice familly , he bring people who smok the drung , have weapon , do to much noise we can not sleep , the owner , he just sending his assistance carlos to collect the money , beside that , he dont answer at all about our call i dont want to have a bad experience , go somewher else, to have peace of at your home and be safe
