August 27, 2015This is a building with a generous amount of space and sits across from a park. Though busy Utica Av is one block away, quality grocery stores and restaurant variety are lacking. If you enjoy caribbean cuisine and culture, however, this area is the best. The building itself has an overworked maintenance man and perpetually regurgitating tub drains. You won't find ornate details, but it all depends on if this matters to you. Several things have gone wrong in the apartment, but the space makes ...up for it.
