take them and give them a better home. The heat in the units are not controlled by the occupants but there is a thermostat in the unit as if it's just for show. The main thermostat is in the boiler room which is always hot and it runs on a timer. So it could be cold in the morning and it will not turn on until the timer is activated. There has been bed bugs in several units and roaches, and the ants are uncontrollable they all over the property. There is no ceiling lights and very little outlets. If you run multiple appliances at once it trips the circuit breakers. The electrical system needs to be upgraded. You can't open the windows because the won't replace the broken window screens. My kitchen counter has roted out due to the seal around the sink that they will not replace. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so it becomes prone to master damage. The owners did not want to buy a new stove for my unit until the township ordered them to replace it because it would not hold the temperature. The laundry room is disgusting and filled with all types of insects so I do not use it. I don't recommend this property to anyone unless dont mind settleing for less or your going to do the work yourself.
