The building is very nice the neighborhood is very nice besides apartment 12 which constantly please with their water pipes and throws they're garbage all over the property I feel sorry for most of the tenants that live here who have to deal with them

The landlord is very nice the neighbor hood is very nice I like it here but the neighbor upstairs running her pipes 24 /7 the sound of the train is ok because are rooms are in the front so the sound doesn't bother me and we have 2 choices of cable like Service Electric or rcn I like Service Electric phone cable and net and t.v.
