The building feels much better cared for than it did years ago. Over time, I've noticed regular upkeep of the common areas, improvements to the building's appearance, and better attention to maintenance before small issues become bigger ones. The hallways, lobby, and shared spaces are kept cleaner and are maintained more consistently, creating a more welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.

Communication has become more transparent, maintenance requests are handled more efficiently, and there's a noticeable commitment to ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone who lives here. Since the new management took over, I've personally seen many positive changes that have improved the overall quality of living in the building.
I've also come across comments online about pests and even paranormal experiences. Speaking only from my own experience after living here for more than 10 years, I have not experienced any paranormal activity, nor have I had any pest infestation in my unit. I believe keeping an apartment clean, properly storing food, and maintaining good housekeeping habits can make a big difference. While pest issues can happen in any apartment building, my own experience has been positive, and my unit has remained pest-free.
Whenever changes are introduced, it's natural that not everyone will welcome them right away. I've noticed that some residents have found it difficult to adjust to new policies or procedures, but from what I've seen, many of these changes are intended to improve the building, keep it well-maintained, and create a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable environment for everyone. Change can sometimes be misunderstood, but I appreciate that management is making an effort to improve the property over the long term.
Overall, my experience has been very positive. After living here for more than a decade, I've had the opportunity to see how much the property has evolved, and the improvements have been meaningful. Half of the amenities they say are jn the apartment are not. The kitchen comes with a small fridge and a not great stove. No other appliances.
Takes ages for things to get fixed, and they don't fix them properly.
Constant firefighters, alarms going off.
Lots of mental health people who may threaten safety.
Not allowed to have in suit laundry machines, and the ones in the building tend to be broken, dirty, or ...

If you park in the garage prepare for your car to he broken in to or damaged.
I have loved here for 10 years, ad I can't afford anything else.
If you move apartments in the same building expect to pay brand new market price.
They will redo flooring ever 5 years, they will do most repairs without charge.
Neighbour's are disrespectful, and either do hard drugs or sell them.
Don't expect a quiet peaceful life in these buildings.
