The building feels much better cared for than it did years ago. Over time, I've noticed regular upkeep of the common areas, improvements to the building's appearance, and better attention to maintenance before small issues become bigger ones. Communication has become more transparent, maintenance requests are handled more efficiently, and there's a noticeable commitment to ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone who lives here. Since the new management took over, I've personally seen many positive changes that have improved the overall quality of living in the building.
I've also come across comments online about pests and even paranormal experiences. Speaking only from my own experience after living here for more than 10 years, I have not experienced any paranormal activity, nor have I had any pest infestation in my unit. I believe keeping an apartment clean, properly storing food, and maintaining good housekeeping habits can make a big difference. While pest issues can happen in any apartment building, my own experience has been positive, and my unit has remained pest-free.
Whenever changes are introduced, it's natural that not everyone will welcome them right away. I've noticed that some residents have found it difficult to adjust to new policies or procedures, but from what I've seen, many of these changes are intended to improve the building, keep it well-maintained, and create a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable environment for everyone.
