When I was looking for an apartment about 6 years ago, as soon as saw this place, I knew it was where I wanted to live. This is a Senior apartment complex with one and two bedroom available. For me one of the greatest things is that every apartment has its own washer and dryer. We also have underground parking making having to deal with all kinds of weather easy. We also have an elevator so if you have a walker or wheelchair, it easy to get where you want to go. All appliances are supplied, ...

plus special rate on cable. Bus service is close to the malls, movies, grocery shopping, Lake Lansing park. Apartments are well taken care by the Site Manager and Maintenance. I have recommended 1777 to others and will continue to do so.

I love my apartment, it is my home. When you enter it is just like living in a house. We have a nice size laundry room right in our apartment. Rooms are spacious. We even have a garage, and balcony. When ever I have a guest, they always say it does not feel like an apartment, " It feels like a home".
