1780-1860 S 7th St Apartments

my u haul on the 1st of March.. The previous tenant was still living there. When I called her she said no problem she'd take care of it. Well not until the 5th was the unit even vacant it then wasn't cleaned... Like at all. Toilets.. Still had fresh streaks..Carpets smelt to high heaven (I'll come back to this) ... Blinds had food splatter on them. NOT EVEN CLOSE. When I I ores her she said she didn't understand how t couldn't be cleaned but would "make it right".... I ended up cleaning it myself.. I was told the "carpet guy" was coming at some point to replace the carpets and the contractor would come to fix the BROKEN MICROWAVE, 4 BROKEN BLINDS , HOLES IN THE WALLS EVERYWHERE, NO TRIM OR TRACK ON THE FRONT OR GARAGE DOOR, holes and tears in a lot of the screens... The list truly goes on and on. THEN...COMES THE UPSTAIRS HALL BATHROOM... THERE WAS A SMELL OF DEATH MIXED WITH FECES ... Soooo bad.. I had to keep the door closed and fan on with windows open upstairs to keep the smell at bay.. Apparently the old tenants had cats (no pet guarantee mind you) and they housed these animals in this bathroom for what had to be a lifespan based on the amount of urine soaked flooring that had to be pulled up and replaced.. But not before I complained for 2.5 weeks daily about it. After all the flooring was replaced the smell hasn't wavered. the contractor cut pieces of wall out thinking something crawled into the wall and died..
