it sucks
December 25, 2023the rent is WAY too expensive. the manager sucks, my neighbour beats his dog and theres ants infested everywhere, no matter how much we try to contact the manager she doesnt even try to fix it. pam was the best but all the ones after that SUCK. we are too poor to try to find another place to live. we wish we could go somewhere else but we literally cannot.Property Manager Responded

Thin walls are right, management is a pain
July 20, 2023I can hear my neighbor's alarm clock, their toilet flushing, and can nearly discern the conversations they have. On both sides. No, I don't have super hearing. Management is in constant turnover, no communication. We had maintenance issues that were reported that took over a year to resolve. They forgot to order parts needed. New maintenance guy lives here and cannibalized his own apartment to fix ours. Finally moving out and have to have a premove out inspection. She gives us a 24 hour notice ...(no problem) but the notice gives the start and end times as 8am to 5pm. 9 hours, her convenience. She flakes, leaving me stuck at home for 9 hours and no call, email or anything for a week. Calls my husband and says "she had a blonde moment and didn't look at her calendar. " I called 2 times that day to check if she was coming by. No answer. Walked to the office, no one there. Just two examples.Property Manager Responded

Superior Apartment Living
June 3, 2016Great Place to Live....I have lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but a great experience. The manager is very nice, very courteous and very helpful. The maintenance man is helpful and polite. I have had only one occasion for his service but I see him around the complex often. The condition of the apartments and the pet policy brought me to this address. I had alot of choices in this area in which to choose. We have a quiet time from 10pm thru 8am. This makes it very nice compared ...to other places I have visited. I love the recreational aereas and the beautiful foilage spread throughout. BEWARE-Horrible Management & thin walls!
March 14, 2016Management doesn't care about how loud the upstairs neighbors are. Have lived here for 7 months and just keeps getting worse! People who are above us have 2 labs and sounds like someone is bowling all day everyday... It is really not the people's fault; I blame Management! Why would you move people with 2 large dogs on the top floor, expecially when you know that the walls are soooo thin! Calls EVERYTHING transfer noise.... Seriously, you call hearing someone using the bathroom transfer noise Um, ...no! The Manager is very rude and acts like I am a nuisance. Wish I never moved here, and cannot wait until my lease is up! September 11, 2015I JUST MOVED IN A LITTLE OVER THREE MONTHS AGO AND COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE. THE COMMUNITY IS QUIET, MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS KIND AND EASY TO TALK TO, AND MY NEIGHBORS ARE GREAT. IT'S HARD TO FIND SUCH WELL MAINTAINED APARTMENTS AND PROPERTY FOR SUCH AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. Constant Disturbance Upstairs, NO Action From Management. Known Problem.
July 27, 2015Living anywhere is hard when you have noisy neighbors but it is UNACCEPTABLE when management says there is nothing that can be done. From 8am until 10pm (most days) I cannot enjoy my home because of people running and shouting on my ceiling. I made a complaint once and that ended with the manager insulting me! Let me tell you this: NO NOT SIGN A 1 YEAR LEASE! We are leaving as soon as we can and will NEVER tell anyone to rent here.Review from Apartments.com
What A Joke
August 13, 2015Management doesn't care about how loud the upstairs neighbors are. Calls EVERYTHING transfer noise. I wonder if the guy upstairs at my door at 9pm is transfer noise. When I signed my lease she did not tell me that the upstairs neighbor already had a list of complaints against them, some left by the maintenance crew! Makes complaints of her own when I bring up anything: my sink dripping, my more than RUDE neighbors, or bring in my rent. I really just wanted a ceasefire where the people upstairs ...know what polite apartment living is and I know exactly what transfer noise is supposed to be according to this place. I got done of that. I am always on time with my rent payments and I do NOT understand what I have done to deserve this. Take my advice: go elsewhere ANYWHERE else. Don't spend your hard earned money to live in a sub-par environment where you are treated badly. Rude horrible people I wish I had never signed my lease cause I would be gone TODAY! No redeeming qualities for this place when on site management is at this level. My husband and my children work very hard to keep ourselves conducted in a manner that the downstairs neighbor will find polite they work hard and live their own lives just like we do,and we get along just fine. July 29, 2015I've lived here for over 2 years. The apartments are nice. Very cookie cutter new construction. The apartment sizes and pet policy is what pulled us in. Our 2bdrm 2bath apartment is around 1100sq ft. nice size bdrms and bathrooms. Washer and dryers are already in the units which is nice for most people. The rent is VERY reasonable especially if you sign a lease. They have good community areas with picnic tables, play grounds, basketball hoops and bbqs. They have storage garages for rent which is ...really nice as well. It's located on a private drive so very minimal traffic.
