August 24, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI payed my deposit and first month on February 26 and was told my apartments was going to be ready on March 1.March first came my unit wasn't ready long story short I had to clean out my own apartment move the last tenant furniture an all didn't get a deduction from my next month rent at all the walls our brown from the last tenant being a heavy smoker.Next the landlady told me I had to keep my 2 year old son in the house after she rented to me knowing I had a two year old now she wants me to ...move and keep saying she will call the health department on me cause she has accusations that its more people than just me and my son living in the unit which is a lie..Read More
Run and Run Fast.
September 19, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI would not recommend this place to anyone. I just moved in July of 2017 and the place wreaks of cigarette smoke. I asked for new carpet and the landlord told me he would take 100.00 off my rent. I have cleaned the carpet my self 3 time and had it professional done twice and it still smells like smoke. I had to wash the walls and paint the walls to lock the smoke in the walls. I am still waiting for a new fridge door. The landlord is cheap and the apartment is out dated.
